NEWARK, N.J. and LEESBURG, Fla., Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AssetBuilt, a global industrial asset disposition firm, has announced two major upcoming auctions presenting an extraordinary breadth of food and beverage manufacturing assets from large-scale, integrated production facilities in New Jersey and Florida.

The first event, a four-day World-Class Brewery Campus Liquidation, will take place September 8–11, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET via live webcast from Newark, New Jersey. The offering encompasses machinery, processing systems, packaging equipment, plant infrastructure and extensive MRO inventory from an approximately 3.2-million-square-foot manufacturing campus spanning more than 86 acres.

The second event, the Cutrale Major Florida Citrus Processing Plant Asset Auction, will take place October 14–15, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET each day via webcast. Located in Leesburg, Florida, the offering includes assets spanning virtually the entire citrus and beverage production process—from fresh fruit receiving and extraction through concentration, blending, pasteurization, bottling, packaging and palletizing.

Together, the two sales represent an uncommon concentration of large-scale food and beverage processing assets entering the global secondary equipment marketplace within a matter of weeks.

“These are the types of industrial opportunities that immediately stand apart because of their scale, depth and breadth,” said Tara Shaikh, CEO of AssetBuilt. “Between Newark and Leesburg, buyers will have access to equipment that supported two highly integrated manufacturing environments—from raw-material processing and production through packaging, utilities, warehousing and plant support. Bringing opportunities of this caliber to a worldwide buyer base is exactly what AssetBuilt was built to do.”

World-Class Brewery Campus — Newark, New Jersey

The September auction presents assets from a massive, fully integrated beverage manufacturing campus that supported end-to-end production for flagship global brands. At roughly 3.2 million square feet across more than 86 acres, the Newark operation incorporated production, packaging, utilities, maintenance, warehousing and logistics infrastructure at industrial scale.

The four-day sale will feature equipment across virtually every major area of brewery and beverage production.

Brewhouse and processing assets include complete milling systems, mash mixers, wort production equipment and extensive stainless steel process piping. Fermentation and cellar operations include hundreds of large-capacity stainless steel fermentation tanks, cold-storage lagering vessels and advanced filtration systems.

The campus also contains automated high-speed canning, bottling and keg-filling lines supported by labeling, case-packing and robotic palletizing equipment. Heavy industrial infrastructure includes substations, switchgear, controls and automation, along with high-capacity refrigeration plants, industrial steam boilers, CO₂ recovery systems, compressed-air equipment and dedicated water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Beyond production equipment, the sale includes a fully stocked machine shop and extensive MRO inventory encompassing precision machine tools, spare parts, valves and pumps, together with material-handling and warehousing systems supporting a campus with dual rail access and truck-loading infrastructure.

For breweries, beverage producers, food processors, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, co-packers, equipment dealers and international buyers, the scale of the Newark offering creates opportunities ranging from individual machine acquisitions to production systems and major infrastructure packages.

Cutrale Citrus Processing & Beverage Manufacturing — Leesburg, Florida

Approximately one month later, AssetBuilt will bring another highly integrated food and beverage operation to market with the two-day auction of surplus assets from Cutrale’s Leesburg citrus processing and beverage manufacturing facility.

Cutrale is a global leader in the citrus industry, with operations spanning orange growing, processing, juice manufacturing and worldwide distribution. The Leesburg offering gives buyers access to equipment representing successive stages of the citrus production chain, from fresh fruit receiving through finished, palletized beverage products.

At the front end of the process, available equipment includes fruit receiving and unloading systems, elevators and conveyors, industrial citrus extractors, raw juice collection equipment, finishers, pulp-handling systems, tanks, pumps and extensive stainless process infrastructure. Downstream systems include evaporation and concentration equipment, refrigerated concentrate storage, heat exchangers, beverage blending and ingredient processing systems, pasteurizers, sterilizers and food-grade vessels.

A major component of the offering is the plant’s high-speed beverage packaging operation. Multiple automated filling lines supported 89-ounce, 64-ounce PET, 52-ounce PET and one-gallon HDPE formats, with featured equipment including Fogg rotary fillers and bottle rinsers, SACMI labeling systems, Douglas accumulation and case-packing equipment, automated palletizers, stretch wrappers, conveyors and end-of-line automation. Select filling lines operated at approximately 107 bottles per minute, with labeling capabilities reaching approximately 180 bottles per minute and cartoning rates approaching 140 cartons per minute.

The Cutrale offering also extends deep into plant infrastructure, including Motor Control Centers, switchgear, transformers, Variable Frequency Drives, PLC automation and industrial controls, as well as cogeneration equipment, a Kato Engineering generator, three industrial boilers, steam and process-water systems, refrigeration and cooling equipment, silos, pressure vessels and extensive process piping.

Two Major Manufacturing Opportunities. One Global Marketplace.

While the Newark and Leesburg facilities served distinct segments of the beverage industry, the two offerings share a defining characteristic: each represents an integrated manufacturing environment built to operate at substantial industrial scale.

Across the two events, buyers will encounter assets spanning raw-material handling, processing, stainless steel tanks and vessels, thermal processing, refrigeration, high-speed filling and packaging, automation, electrical distribution, utilities, material handling, warehousing, maintenance and plant support.

For strategic buyers, the offerings also create possibilities beyond individual equipment purchases. Manufacturers expanding capacity, entering new markets or redeploying production can evaluate complete systems, groups of complementary assets and infrastructure capable of supporting broader manufacturing projects.

Industrial food and beverage operations of this scale rarely reach the open market with such a wide cross-section of their production and support assets available simultaneously.

AssetBuilt’s global marketing platform reaches qualified buyers throughout North America and more than 140 countries, bringing worldwide exposure to these major industrial offerings.
